Avocado Tomato Sandwich

Looking for a healthy lunch that will keep you filled for hours? Look no longer!

Ingredients:

  • Whole grain bread toasted
  • 1 small avocado diced
  • 1 roman tomato thinly sliced
  • Desired amount of organic mayonnaise
  • 2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 2 teaspoons black pepper

Directions:

  • Toast bread to desired amount.
  • Immediately add diced avocado and sliced tomatoes on the bottom piece of the bread.
  • On the top piece of the bread, spread desired amount of mayonnaise. Follow by sprinkling pepper and garlic powder.
  • Place top piece of bread to the bottom and have a great lunch!
