- Whole grain bread toasted
- 1 small avocado diced
- 1 roman tomato thinly sliced
- Desired amount of organic mayonnaise
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 2 teaspoons black pepper
- Toast bread to desired amount.
- Immediately add diced avocado and sliced tomatoes on the bottom piece of the bread.
- On the top piece of the bread, spread desired amount of mayonnaise. Follow by sprinkling pepper and garlic powder.
- Place top piece of bread to the bottom and have a great lunch!
